Men’s Swimmer of the Week
Blake Reynolds, Monmouth

Freshman Blake Reynolds touched the wall first in the 50 free (21.23) and the 100 fly (50.69) in Monmouth's victory over St. Francis Brooklyn. Monmouth's men won the 200-yard medley relay with a time of 1:34.42, with Reynolds swimming third on the relay team. The Hawks now have a 6-1 overall record and Reynolds has 10 individual victories this season.
Women’s Swimmer of the Week
Tahlia Botha, Monmouth
Fr., Cape Town, South Africa/ Reddam House Durbanville – Kenridge Primary
Monmouth freshman Tahlia Botha helped the Hawks defeat Saint Francis Brooklyn and also set two new school records in the 200-yard breaststroke and the 200-yard IM, and also a personal best in the 100-yard breaststroke. Botha had three individual wins, placing first in the 100 breast (1:07.07), 200 breast (2:24.66) and 200 IM (2:12.78) and was part of the winning 200-yard medley relay, clocking in at 1:50.41. Botha has won 15 races so far in her freshman season.
