Offensive Player of the Week
Parker Giarratana, Manhattan
Sr., Delray, FL/Boca Raton Community
The senior had a big season-opening performance in lifting Manhattan to an 11-10 win over Wagner. Giarratana scored four goals and two assists with five ground balls ... Sealed the Jasper victory with his third career game-winning goal with just 2:43 remaining in regulation ... Is now fourth in school history with 87 career goals, while also ranking fifth with 135 points and sixth with 48 assists.
Defensive Player of the Week
Brendan Krebs, Manhattan
So., East Williston, NY/Chaminade
Krebs made 13 saves in earning his first career victory in Manhattan's 11-10 win over Wagner. The sophomore also collected four ground balls in posting a .565 save percentage.
Rookie of the Week
Will Abbott, Quinnipiac
Fr., Hopinton, MA/Hopkinton
Abbott scored two goals to go along with three assists in the Bobcats' season opener at UMass Lowell, good for five total points. He tallied three points in the fourth quarter alone.
