Offensive Player of the Week
Brett Erskine, Detroit Mercy
So., St. Catharines, Ontario/Western Reserve Academy (OH)
Sophomore Brett Erskine led a spirited Titan offense scoring a career-high 4 goals and tying his career best with 5 points in the 15-12 win at Marquette, a team that was receiving votes in both polls. He had 2 markers in the first half and 2 with a helper in the second as the Titans led from wire-to-wire in the win at the BIG EAST school. He attempted just 7 shots - 5 on goal - and picked up 3 ground balls.
 
Defensive Player of the Week
Brad Nordstrom, Canisius
R-Sr., Phoenix, AZ/Brophy College Prep
Nordstrom posted 28 saves in leading the Griffs to a 1-1 record last week. The redshirt-senior stopped 14 shots and pitched in two caused turnovers and three ground balls in a 12-10 setback at Furman. Nordstrom made 14 saves and chipped in three ground balls in 16-12 victory against Hartford.

Rookie of the Week
Cam Kostus, Detroit Mercy
Fr., Rockford, MI/Rockford

Freshman Cam Kostus posted a hat trick in the road win at BIG EAST member Marquette, the Titans first-ever win against the Golden Eagles and the conference. He started the scoring with the first goal of the game and added his second in the second on a highlight, one-handed laser. His third came with the man up in the third.
