MAAC Announces 2018-19 Women’s Golf All-Academic Team
LAKE BUENA VISTA, FL – A total of 35 student-athletes were named to the 2019 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Women’s Golf All-Academic Team. To be eligible for the MAAC All-Academic Team, a student-athlete must complete two semesters at their institution and hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 on a 4.0 scale.
The University of Dayton and Niagara University placed a league-best six student-athletes on the All-Academic Team, followed closely by Quinnipiac University with five.
Fairfield University, La Salle University, and Siena College each had four student-athletes make the team. The University of Hartford finished the year with three honorees. Monmouth University placed two, with the University at Albany rounding out the list with one player.
