Iona College Wins Women’s Rowing Weekly Award

The Varsity 4 found success against La Salle on the Schuylkill River in their race on Friday, taking the win by 18 seconds. Due to an incoming storm, race officials were forced to shorten the course to 1500M for the Lightweight and Varsity 4 boats. The team took on strong headwinds and choppy waters to finish in 6:29.8. The boat consisted of rowers Judy Wong, Ahoua Koulibali, Alaina DiDonato, Erin O’Brien, and coxswain Emma Racanello.
