Tickets on Sale for 2019 MAAC Men’s & Women’s Outdoor Track & Field Championships

EDISON, NJ – Tickets for the 2019 MAAC Men’s and Women’s Outdoor Track and Field Championships are now on sale. Kessler Stadium of Monmouth University will serve as the host of this year’s events on May 4 and 5.
 
Prices for tickets are $10 for a single-session adult and $5 for children, students, and seniors. Fans can purchase tickets at maacsports.com/tickets or on-site at Kessler Stadium.
 
Monmouth will try to defend its home turf and win its sixth straight men’s & women’s titles. The Hawks have won every Outdoor Track & Field Championship since entering the MAAC before the 2013-14 academic year.
 
All five major award winners from last season women’s championship return in 2019. The Hawks return Danielle Steff (Rookie of the Meet, Field Events), Allison Taub (Most Outstanding Performer, Field Events), Allie Wilson (Most Outstanding Performer, Track Events), and Kyra Velock (Co-Rookie of the Meet, Track Events), and Rider University returns Joshonda Johnson (Co-Rookie of the Meet, Track Events).
 
On the men’s side, two major award winners return. Ibrahim Massey of Monmouth won the Most Outstanding Performer for Track Events, and Tim Jacoutot was named the Rookie of the Meet for Field Events.
 
Field events for the 2019 Championships kick-off on Saturday, May 4 beginning at 12 p.m. while track events will start at 2:15 p.m. For more information on the 2019 MAAC Men’s & Women’s Track & Field Championships, visit maacsports.com/outdoortrack.
