2019 MAAC Men's Lacrosse Championship Field Set
EDISON, NJ – The four-team MAAC Men’s Lacrosse Championship field has been determined. Marist College, Quinnipiac University, Detroit Mercy, and Canisius College will compete for the 2019 Championshp.

Marist (8-6, 6-1 MAAC) captured the MAAC Regular Season Title and No. 1 seed with its win over Canisius (8-7, 4-3) on April 26. Quinnipiac (8-6, 5-2) will be the number two seed. The third seed is Detroit Mercy (8-6, 5-2), who lost the head-to-head tiebreaker with Quinnipiac. Canisius—defending MAAC Champions—are the No. 4 seed for the second year in a row.
At 4 p.m. on May 2 on ESPN+ will be the first semifinal between Quinnipiac and Detroit Mercy. The regular season matchup between the two came back on March 16 with Quinnipiac winning 12-9 at home. The Bobcats and Titans last met in the postseason in the semifinals of 2015.
Marist and Canisius will meet in the second semifinal on May 2 at 7 p.m. also on ESPN+. It will be the Red Foxes and Golden Griffins second meeting in six days. The two sides last met in postseason play in 2017 in the semifinals.
