WEST LONG BRANCH, NJ- Monmouth University Head Women's Lacrosse Coach Jordan Trautman has announced that former Loyola University goaltender Kady Glynn has joined the Hawks' coaching staff.

"I am very excited to welcome Kady to the Monmouth Community and specifically our Hawk Lacrosse Family," said Trautman. "Kady is coming off an incredible collegiate career at nationally ranked Loyola University, topping off her four years as a 2019 All-Region selection and the 2019 Patriot League Goalie of the Year, among a list of other impressive accolades."

Glynn, a 2019 graduate of Loyola, earned Mid-Atlantic All-Region honors as a senior while being named as the Patriot League Goalkeeper of the Year. Glynn led the PL in goals against average with a stingy 7.24 in conference play. Her 9.23 goals against average was 12th in the NCAA and she ranked in the top-25 in save percentage. The three-time all-league performer wrapped her career logging 3032 minutes played over the course 64 games-played. Glynn racked up 482 career saves, a .474 save percentage and allowed 10.57 goals per game.

A New Jersey native, Glynn graduated from Summit High School where she won three-straight Group 2 State Sectional Championships. A two-time US Lacrosse First Team All-American she was ranked as the No. 23 incoming freshman (3rd ranked goalkeeper) by Inside Lacrosse. No stranger to instructing, Glynn has mentored goalkeepers with Building Blocks Lacrosse, Hilltopper Lacrosse and relax Lacrosse Camp. At Monmouth in addition to instructing the Hawk goalies she will assist in recruiting, planning practices and team travel coordination.

"Her knowledge of the game and specifically her ability to teach the nuances of the goalie position is extremely impressive," said Trautman. "She will bring very different perspective and experience to both our staff and our players, which is exactly what we are looking for as we continue to elevate our program."

The Hawks are coming off a 12-7 season, securing the second seed in the 2019 Metro Atlantic Athletic Tournament. The Hawks graduated started goaltender Riley Brager but return fifth-year senior Stephanie Dellituri along with three others in net.
