Niagara’s DeLola and Quinnipiac’s Phillips Named Pepsi Zero MAAC Student-Athletes of the Week

After a strong performance to open the season, DeLola’s first 8k in two seasons was a sound one. The senior clocked the fastest time for Niagara at the Yellowjacket Invitational, completing the course in 27:44.4. The Baldwinsville, New York native has maintained a GPA of 3.57 as a Hotel Luxury Operations major.

Women’s Soccer
Phillips has led the Bobcats in the net with three shutouts in her first six games as a starter. She has recorded 19 saves with a 1.18 goals against average. The Aurora, Ontario native is making an immediate impact as a freshman.
