The 2020 MAAC Water Polo Season Begins

EDISON, N.J. (Jan. 17, 2020) – The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) 2020 Water Polo season kicks off this weekend with Marist College competing at the Rainbow Invite starting Saturday.
 
Wagner College, the 2020 MAAC preseason favorite, will compete the following weekend on January 25 at the Michigan Invite in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Wagner won its sixth-consecutive MAAC Championship Title in 2019 and ninth title overall.

Saturday, Jan. 18
Marist vs. Fresno State at 12:00 P.M. in Honolulu, HI
Marist vs. Loyola Marymount at 4:30 P.M. in Honolulu, HI
 
Sunday, Jan. 19
Marist vs. Hawaii at 10:15 A.M. in Honolulu, HI
 
For the 18th consecutive year the MAAC Water Polo Championship will be played at McCann Natatorium on the campus of Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY. Marist has hosted the Water Polo Championship since 2003. Semifinal action begins Saturday, April 25. The consolation game and championship game will be played the following day on Sunday, April 26.
