Offensive Player of the Week
Sofia Diaz Alvarez, Wagner

Sofia Diaz Alvarez led the Seahawks offensively through four games in the Michigan Invitational. She finished the weekend with 13 goals and 10 assists for a total of 23 points in four games, recording at least two points in each match. She tallied eight goals alone against No. 23 Indiana, including two goals in the first overtime period, as well as the game winning goal in sudden death overtime.
Defensive Player of the Week
Marina Hyham, Marist
So., Garden Grove, CA/Huntington Beach
Hyham appeared in three games against No.11 Pacific, No. 5 UCLA and No. 23 Indiana at the Wolverine Invite. The sophomore recorded 19 saves and three steals for a save percentage of .432 against three top teams. Hyham tallied 10 stops against No. 11 Pacific to fuel the near-upset.
Rookie of the Week
Abbey Simshauser, Wagner
Fr., Sydney, Australia/Presbyterian Ladies College Sydney
First year Seahawk, Abbey Simshauser, played a huge role in her first matches for Wagner. In four games, she recorded 11 goals and five assists for 16 points. In a win over No. 23 Indiana, Simshauser recorded four goals, three of which came in a tight fourth quarter, which included two unanswered goals in the final minute, one passing the Hoosier keeper with only a single second remaining to send the teams into overtime before an eventual Seahawk win. Defensively, in her first four games, Simshauser tallied 12 drawn exclusions and five steals.
