Edison, N.J. (Oct. 22, 2020) – The Rawling’s Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Community Spotlight is a weekly feature of those giving back in an effort to make a difference in their communities. This week, the MAAC would like to highlight three members of the Saint Peter’s Men’s Soccer Team.

“All year our student-athletes make positive impacts in our community and around our campus,” said men’s soccer head coach Julian Richens. “Through a range of programs and volunteer opportunities, they've been such positive representatives of our program and the university.”

Following the 2019-20 academic year, the men were awarded the Saint Peter’s Pride Cup; an award which recognizes all facets of a successful team, including its service to the community. The men’s soccer team was heavily involved in campus-related community service last year, volunteering at the university’s annual cereal-in-a-cup fundraiser, as well as in the Campus Kitchen and the Clothes Pantry.
