MAAC Announces Men’s and Women’s Weekly Players of the Week
Men’s Player of the Week
Lars Schouten, Marist  
Sr., Buren, Netherlands
Schouten lifted the Red Foxes to a thrilling 4-3 win at Colgate on Feb 8. The senior captain paired with Nestor Giribet Lopez in No. 2 Doubles for a 6-1 victory as Marist swept the doubles point. In the top singles, with the match tied at three, Schouten endured a three-hour battle with Scott Bickel and won 6-4, 4-6, 6-2 to give Marist its first triumph of the spring. On the season, Schouten has a team-best 12 wins and is 2-0 in the first position across 2019-20.
 
Women’s Player of the Week
Jordan Bradley, Quinnipiac
Fr., Downington, PA
The first-year student athlete earned three wins this past week, winning two No. 5 singles matches and one doubles match. Bradley began the weekend with a pair of wins for the Bobcats on Saturday at Saint Joseph's, winning in straight sets at No. 5 singles before teaming up with Andie Williams for a No. 2 doubles win. She then picked up Quinnipiac's lone point at Delaware on Sunday, again winning in No. 5 singles.
