Men’s Tennis Player of the Week

In Monmouth's 2-0 week that included 4-0 wins over LaSalle and Wagner, Benaim went 1-0 at No. 1 singles and 2-0 at No. 1 doubles. He beat LaSalle in singles, 6-1, 6-4 and doubles, 6-2. He defeated Wagner in doubles, 6-0. Benaim was also winning his match against Wagner at No. 1 singles 6-0, 4-2 before it went unfinished.
Women’s Tennis Player of the Week
Olga Donchu, Niagara

Olga Donchu went 2-2 in singles and doubles as the Purple Eagles started their spring season with matches at Buffalo and Bucknell. In the match versus Bucknell, Donchu topped Paige Leavy, 6-0, 5-7, 6-1, No. 2 singles. Donchu and doubles partner Ali Hutchinson defeated Bucknell’s Jill Auteri and Sofia Ayson, 6-3, en route to Niagara winning the doubles point.
