Offensive Player of the Week
Nicole Ceraso, Monmouth
Sr., Massapequa, NY/Plainedge
Monmouth senior Nicole Ceraso led the Hawks offensively to their 2-0 week, which including a win over Big Ten opponent Rutgers. Ceraso had nine total points, including six assists and three goals. Her nine points is the tied for third most in school history while her six assists are also tied for third most in a single game. The win over Rutgers marked the third time in the last six years Monmouth has topped its in-state rival.
 
In Saturday's win at Holy Cross, Ceraso added another seven points to her season totals, scoring five goals and adding a pair of assists. Her fifth goal registered as her 100th career goal.
 
Defensive Player of the Week
Rachel Mills, Monmouth
Sr., Denville, NJ/Morris Catholic
Senior Rachel Mills was all over the field for the Hawks in Monmouth’s two wins last weekend. The midfielder led the Hawks in caused turnovers with three and had seven ground balls, but her contributions on the draw circle were indispensable. Mills had 13 draw controls in two contests, including nine in Monmouth’s win over Rutgers. The Hawks outdrew the Scarlet Knights 24-6 and the Crusaders 21-11.  After Monmouth broke a 12-12 tie against Rutgers, the Hawks won the four ensuing draw controls with Mills accounting for two, propelling MU to a 16-12 win.
 
Rookie of the Week
Desiree Kleberg, Quinnipiac
Fr., Huntington Station, NY/Walt Whitman
The first-year midfielder dished out a career-high four assists in the Bobcats’ 16-9 win against Hartford on Wednesday. She also recorded one draw control against the Hawks. Against Binghamton, the Huntington Station, New York native scored a goal, as well as picking up one ground ball and causing one turnover.
