Men’s Runner of the Week:
Michael Hennelly, Manhattan
Sr., Suffern, NY, Suffern
 
Finished third with a personal-best 8K VCP time of 26:51.0 in leading the Manhattan to the team title at the 2021 Metropolitan Championship. For Hennelly, it also marked the first time this year that he has paced the Jaspers, after finishing second on the squad in each of his other three meets.
 
Women’s Runner of the Week:
Emily Young, Quinnipiac
Sr., Camillus, NY, West Genesee
 
Senior Emily Young continued her strong performance this season with another top-20 individual finish for the Bobcats. She took 14th overall in the Women's 5k Varsity run at the New England Championships with a career-best time of 18:01.8.
