Offensive Player of the Week
Jelldrik Dallmann, Niagara
Jr., Kuhstedt, Germany, Illinois Central College
Dallmann was responsible for four of NU's six goals this week as the team went 2-0 in MAAC play. In Niagara's 3-1 win over Siena on Wednesday, Dallmann scored two goals in three minutes late in the second half. He took four shots and three shots on goal in the game. In NU's 3-2 win over Quinnipiac on Saturday, Dallmann again netted two goals, including the game-winner, and picked up an assist. He took six total shots and both of his shots on goal found their mark. On the week, he averaged 2.0 goals per game, 5.00 shots per game and 4.5 points per game.
Defensive Player of the Week
Will Marment, Fairfield
Gr., Stamford, CT, Fordham Prep
Will Marment was in goal for both Fairfield wins last week, picking up a shutout against Iona and only an own goal preventing him from a clean sheet against Manhattan. He set opened the week with six saves against the Jaspers including a penalty kick savve and followed up with seven stops in the Iona game. He ended the week with a 0.50 goals against average and a .929 save percentage.
Rookie of the Player of the Week
Rasmus Sorensen-Rejnhold, Fairfield
Fr., Esbjerg, Denmark
Rasmus Sorensen Rejnhold scored three goals in a pair of Fairfield wins. He scored both goals in a 2-0 win against Manhattan College and followed up with another goal in the 2-0 decision over Iona College. He took eight shots in the two games, putting four on goal and three in the back of the net. For the season, the freshman is tied for the team lead with five goals.
