Monmouth University (1-1) Head Women's Basketball Coach Ginny Boggess recorded her first victory by way of a 57-46 victory over Navy at home on Friday night. The Hawks had 10 steals and scored 22 points off turnovers while registering six blocks. Graduate guard Stella Clark and sophomore guard Jania Hall each had 10 points in the victory.

The Marist women's basketball team suffered its first loss of the season Friday, falling to American by a final score of 59-52 at McCann Arena. Sophomore guard Kiara Fisher scored a career-high 25 points in the loss. Sophomore forward Zaria Shazer has recorded double-doubles in both Red Foxes’ games this season, she scored 14 points and grabbed 13 rebounds.

The Purple Eagles (1-1, 0-0 MAAC) fell to Oakland, 77-64, Friday afternoon in non-conference women's basketball action from O'Rena in Rochester, MI. Niagara freshman Aaliyah Parker finished with a double-double scoring 18 points and grabbing 13 rebounds. Junior Angel Parker recorded a game-high 22 points while grabbing eight boards and dishing out six assists.

The Saint Peter's University women's basketball team lost to the Lehigh Mountain Hawks by a score of 84-68 Friday night in Stabler Arena. Graduate guard Kendrea Williams led the team with 18 points. The Peacocks scored 27 points off of 25 Lehigh turnovers. Saint Peter's was active on the boards, out rebounding the Mountain Hawks 35 to 30. 22 of those came on the offensive glass.
