Fairfield Women’s Basketball Drops Road Contest at No. 10 Indiana

Eleven different student-athletes entered the scoring column as the Fairfield University Women's Basketball team fell to No. 10 Indiana 91-58 at historic Assembly Hall. Sydney Lowery led the 11 players with 16 points while going a perfect 8-for-8 at the free throw line. To go along with Lowery's team-high 16 points, Lou Lopez-Senechal also entered double figures with 15. Janelle Brown had an impressive game with career-highs of five rebounds and three steals. Fairfield’s next contest is at home next Saturday, December 18 when they begin MAAC play against the reigning champion Marist Red Foxes at 2 pm.  
 
The 2021-22 campaign culminates with the 2022 Hercules Tires MAAC Men’s and Women’s Basketball Championships from March 8-12 at Atlantic City's Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall.
