Ehab El-Sandali, Iona

Graduate student Ehab El-Sandali ran the second-fastest indoor 5,000-meter time in Iona history with a 13:28.79. He finished 11th overall in a race that saw a mix of college and pro-athletes. With several indoor opening meets happening across the country, the Top 14 times in the NCAA this weekend competed at Boston University. El-Sandali's time ranks eighth fastest in the NCAA. At Iona, the time ranks second behind Leonard Korir, a former NCAA Champion and U.S. Olympian.

Robert Decker, Manhattan

Sophomore Robert Decker took first place in the weight throw with a final throw measuring 17.95m at the Bill Ward Invitational. His throws for day measured out to 17.46m, 17.43m, 17.95m, 17.87m.
