Women’s Swimmer of the Week:
Alexandra Ho, Monmouth

Junior Alexandra Ho had an impressive weekend at the ECAC Winter Championships to help Monmouth earn a fourth-place finish. Ho broke the ECAC meet record and Monmouth's program record with her first-place finish in the 50-yard freestyle (23.16). Ho also set the program record in the 100 free (51.18) with her first place effort. In addition, Ho was part of four Monmouth record-breaking relay teams. The 400-yard medley relay (3:50.00), 400 free relay (3:30.11), 200 medley relay (1:43.96) and 800 free relay (7:39.05).
Women’s Diver of the Week:
Grace Reeves, Marist
Gr., Lindenhurst, NY, Lindenhurst
Reeves won both of her events at the H20unds Invitational, which consisted of six teams. Her 1-meter score was 257.85, and her 3-meter tally was 226.45. It was the fourth straight meet Reeves won both boards.
