Player of the Week
Melik Marin, Monmouth
Sr., York, PA/York Catholic
Melik Martin posted a double-double and was one rebound shy of a second at Manhattan in a Hawks sweep this past weekend. He averaged 16 points and 9.5 rebounds while dishing out six assists, and knocking in four triples and 11 field goals. Martin hit the biggest shot of the night in Saturday's win, a wing three in overtime to put the Hawks up four, a lead that would not be relinquished.

Rookie of the Week
Luis Kortright, Quinnipiac
Fr., Manhattan, NY/St. Raymond
Kortright recorded 20 points, 10 assists, four rebounds and one steal in the Bobcats' lone game of the week - a win over Fairfield on Sunday. The freshmen went 8-of-10 from the field, recording a season-high in both points and assists. Kortright threw down two SportsCenter Top 10-worthy dunks in the victory.
