Offensive Player of the Week
Matt Araujo, Rider

Araujo scored the Broncs' first goal of the season just over two minutes into regulation Thursday against Siena and it held up for a 1-0 win. As a true freshman in 2019, he scored a goal and added two assists.
Defensive Player of the Week
Gordon Botterill, Fairfield
Sr., Vandoeuvres, Switzerland/ International School of Geneva
Gordon Botterill picked up a shutout in his first start of the season, facing five shots over his 90 minutes. He made three saves in the game, two in the first half and one in the second half.
Rookie of the Week
Alex Oliveira, Fairfield
RFr., Union, N.J./ St. Benedict's Prep
Alex Oliveira scored a goal in his first appearance with the Fairfield soccer program, registering the second goal in a 2-0 win over Canisius. Oliveira started the game and scored the goal in the second half to add a cushion to the Stags win.
