Offensive Player of the Week
Rodrigo Almeida, Niagara
Lisbon, Portugal/Escola Secondary School

Almeida helped the Purple Eagles to two victories over Canisius last week. He was instrumental in NU's 4-0 win over the Griffs on Sunday. He scored two goals and added one assist. On the week, he averaged 3.0 shots per game, 1.0 goal per game and 0.5 assists per game.
 
Defensive Player of the Week
Danny DiMarco, Manhattan
Sparta, NJ/Sparta

Made six saves in registering his first career collegiate win and clean sheet. Turned away two shots in the first half, before making four stops after halftime. Also did a fantastic job in punching away a pair of Iona crosses off of corner kicks.
 
Rookie of the Week
Asher Barnes, Niagara
Toronto, ON/Northview Heights Secondary School

 
Barnes helped the Purple Eagles to their first win over Canisius since the 2013 season on Thursday, March 28. He scored both of Niagara's goals, which were the first goals of his collegiate career. On the week, he averaged 1.5 shots per game and 1.0 goal per game.
