MAAC Announces 2020-21 Men’s Basketball All-Academic Team
Atlantic City, N.J. (March 10, 2021) – The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) recognized 33 student-athletes who have been named to the 2020-21 Men’s Basketball All-Academic Team.
To be eligible for the MAAC All-Academic Team, a student-athlete must complete two semesters at his institution and hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 or higher.
Fairfield University and Saints Peter’s had a league-best five players named to the All-Academic Team. Marist College and Niagara University followed behind with four selections apiece.
Canisius College, Manhattan College and Quinnipiac University each had three selections. Iona College and Rider University added a pair of student athletes to the list followed by Monmouth University and Siena College who were both represented by one honoree.
