McKenna Imset, VMI

Red-shirt junior McKenna Imset scored nine goals with one assist in two MAAC games Saturday. She also drew two exclusions and had two steals.
Defensive Player of the Week
Cristina Chiappini, Iona
Jr., Collegeville, PA/Perkiomen Valley
Chiappini put up a team high 5 steals in the season opener 14-12 victory over VMI. The junior Goalie made 8 saves for a .400 save %.
Rookie of the Week
Rachel Ahumada, VMI
Fr., Simi Valley, Calif. / Bishop Alemany
Rachel Ahumada delivered three goals and one assist Saturday in a 16-13 win over Siena. She had three steals and an assist later in the day against Iona.
