Selena Salas had a five-point week with two goals and an assist through two games for the Bobcats. She netted a penalty kick goal in QU's 3-1 win over Vermont, which was the game-winning goal. Salas also scored her second penalty goal of the week in a 3-2 win at Fordham and had an assist in the win. She also recorded three shots on goal through 180 minutes of play.
Defensive Player of the Week
Gena Pike, Fairfield
Jr., Morristown, NJ, Morristown Beard Academy
Pike recorded a 0.45 goals against average and a .900 save percentage in Fairfield's unbeaten week. Pike recorded a season-high seven saves and tallied a clean sheet against Dartmouth, snapping the Big Green's five game unbeaten streak.
Rookie of the Week
Maia MacLean, Niagara
Fr., Niagara Falls, Ontario, St. Paul Catholic
The reigning MAAC Rookie of the Week, Maia MacLean scored the golden goal in Niagara's 3-2 OT win over St. Bonaventure to improve the Purple Eagles win streak to five games. MacLean finished the contest with three shots and a .667 shot on goal percentage.
