EDISON, N.J. (September 29, 2021) – Rider’s Pamela Loh and Manhattan’s Pelle Nogueira have been named the Hercules Tires Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Student-Athletes of the Week.

Nogueira won the 8K Fordham Fiasco Individual Title with a mark of 26:17.03. The Garden State product defeated the second-place finisher by more than 27 seconds en route to his first career championship. A graduate student, he earned his degree in 2021 and is now pursuing his master’s.

Loh entered the starting lineup for the Broncs this season as the team's libero. She ranks second in the MAAC this season with 174 total digs, helping the Broncs to a 2-1 start in MAAC play. Also elite in the classroom, Loh has maintained a 3.964 GPA during her time at Rider.
