Evans was dominant in a 2-0 week in Western NY. Against Canisius Thursday, Evans led all scorers with 17 points and added a career-high nine rebounds. In Saturday's game, Evans scored a career-high 30 points on 12-for-15 shooting, also adding three steals. For the week, Evans averaged 23.5 points on 59.4% shooting, 5.5 rebounds, 2.0 assists, and 1.5 steals. The 30 points against Niagara are the second-most in a single game by any player in the MAAC this season.
Rookie of the Week
Imani Harris, Siena
Fr., Bronx, NY, Monsignor Scanlan
Harris aided the previously winless Saints to a 3-0 week, averaging 5.3 points and 4.3 assists at point guard. She also averaged 2.0 rebounds and 1.7 steals and would shoot 50% from the field over the three-game span.
