Iona never trailed in a 74-57 win over Siena at the Hynes Center on Tuesday night in MAAC action. The Gaels improved to 9-0 on the season in conference play, becoming just the sixth team in MAAC history to start league play with at least nine wins, the first in over a decade. Iona had a trio of players score 13 points, which included Elijah Joiner, Ryan Myers, and Nelly Junior Joseph, followed by 12 points from Tyson Jolly. Siena’s Colby Rogers scored a game-high 17 points, while Aidan Carpenter chipped in with 13 points.
