Niagara’s Brady and Canisius’ Bolender Earn Women’s Swimming & Diving Weekly Awards

Women’s Swimmer of the Week:
Kathryn Brady, Niagara

Kathryn Brady was Niagara's top swimmer during the Purple Eagles' dominant win over Canisius. Brady won two individual events, the 200 breast with a Koessler Athletic Center pool record time of 2:27.51 and the 100 breast (1:08.45). She was also a member of the 200 medley relay team picked up a win and KAC pool record with a time of 1:48.85.
 
Women’s Diver of the Week:
Adriana Bolender, Canisius
Sr., Youngstown, NY, Lewiston Porter
 
Senior Adriana Bolender earned a pair of first-place victories against Niagara on Saturday. Bolender scored a 237.68 in the one-meter dive and a 246.00 in the three-meter dive, which are season-highs.
