Quinnipiac’s Road Victory at Stonehill Headlines MAAC Men’s Basketball Action from Thursday Night

EDISON, NJ (Nov. 11, 2022) – Quinnipiac University improved to 2-0 on the young season following a road win at Stonehill to headline Thursday’s Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) men’s basketball slate.

Quinnipiac used hot shooting to surge past Stonehill, 102-95 on Thursday night in Easton, MA. The Bobcats improved to 2-0 after connecting on 15 three-pointers, shooting 51.7 percent from beyond the arc and 50.8 percent from the floor in the win. Seven Bobcats reached double-figures, with Matt Balanc leading the way with 20 points. Dezi Jones (17), Luis Kortright (14), Ike Nweke (11), Alexis Reyes (10), JJ Riggins (10), and Tyrese Williams (10) also reached double-digits.
