The Quinnipiac Bobcats won big against in state opponent Hartford on Monday with a 85-30 victory. The Bobcats saw five players reach double figures in the contest and were led by Cur’Tiera Haywood’s 13 points and five rebounds. Jackie Grisdale added 13 points, Mary Baskerville added 11 points and six rebounds on the day, and Ella O’Donnell and Rose Caso each chipped in 10 points for Quinnipiac.

Iona was defeated on the road by Stony Brook in a 73-71 contest. Iona saw four players score in double figures in the game. Juana Camilion led Iona with 20 points, five assists and two rebounds. Kate Mager had 18 points in the game. Ketsia Athias contributed 17 points, nine rebounds, six assists, and three blocks. Natalia Otkhmezuri added in 13 points and seven rebounds for the Gaels.
