Manhattan’s Dee Dee Davis claims Player of the Week honors for the first time this season after recording a triple double in non-conference play this past week. Davis, the pre-season selection for MAAC Player of the Year recorded 13 points, 13 rebounds and 10 assists in a 73-47 win over LIU on December 22. Davis is currently the top scorer for the Jaspers at 14.6 points per game and leads the conference in rebounds at 9.6 per contest.
 
 
Rookie of the Week
Sisi Eleko, Canisius
Fr., Montreal, Quebec, New Hope Academy
 
Canisius freshman, Sisi Eleko, claims Rookie of the Week honors for the second consecutive week after recording 15 points, nine rebounds and three assists in a 65-61 win over Marist on December 19. On the season, Eleko, is averaging 9.0 points and 5.8 rebounds per game while shooting 43.7 percent from the field.
