Manhattan defeated Fairfield, 74-67, on the road Wednesday afternoon in Bridgeport, Connecticut. The Jaspers used a second half offensive burst to claim the team’s second straight road win. MAAC leading scorer, Jose Perez finished with a game-high 21 points, with Ant Nelson chipping in with 18 points, followed by a double-double from Josh Roberts of 13 points and 13 rebounds to anchor Manhattan. The Fairfield trio of Supreme Cook (17), Jesus Cruz (13), and Chris Maidoh (10) combined to score 40 points.
