Morris averaged 15.5 points, 16.5 rebounds and 2.8 blocks per game while shooting 59.1% from the field in two games. She posted 18 points, 20 rebounds two blocks and two steals on the road at Fairfield. She followed that performance with 13 points, 13 rebounds and four blocks in a win over Niagara. Morris is tied for the MAAC-lead with 12 double-doubles on the season and has recorded a double-double in six consecutive games.
Rookie of the Week
Aaliyah Parker, Niagara
Fr., Cheektowaga, NY, Cardinal O’Hara High School
Six-time MAAC Rookie of the Week Aaliyah Parker scored a team-high 21 points in Niagara's win over Iona last Thursday. She followed that up with a 13 point and nine rebound outing against the Bobcats. On the week she averaged 17 points, 7 rebounds, and 3.5 steals per game. She shot 51.9 percent from the field and 66.7 percent from 3-point land.
