KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) has released the 2022 NABC Division I All-District Teams and District Coaches of the Year. Seven Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) men’s basketball players were named to the District 1 Team. The All-District honors are voted on by NABC-member coaches across NCAA Division I.
 
Named to the District 1 First Team was Iona College’s duo of Tyson Jolly and Nelly Junior Joseph, and Niagara University’s Marcus Hammond.
 
Selected to the Second Team was the quartet of Manhattan College’s Jose Perez, Monmouth University’s George Papas, Saint Peter’s University’s KC Ndefo, and Siena College’s Colby Rogers.
 
Jolly, Joseph, Hammond, Perez, and Papas were all members of the 2021-22 All-MAAC First Team, while Ndefo and Rogers were Second Team honorees.
