Women’s Offensive Player of the Week:
Grace Lipponer, Manhattan
Sr., Lake Grove, NY, Sachem North
Senior Grace Lipponer had 14 points over two Manhattan wins last week. Lipponer had four goals and six assists in an 18-5 win over Central Connecticut. She added a hat trick and an assist at La Salle.
Women’s Defensive Player of the Week:
Kat Henselder, Quinnipiac
Jr., Lindenhurst, NY, Lindenhurst Senior
Henselder continued her solid 2022 campaign, making 31 saves in a 1-1 week for the Bobcats. Against Yale, the junior made a career-high 17 saves in a one-goal loss. She followed up the effort with a 14 save performance against Boston University, enough to earn a 13-12 win. Henselder picked up 3 ground balls and caused a turnover in the win.
Women’s Rookie of the Week:
Grace Dobrzynski, Siena
Fr., West Greenwich, RI, La Salle Academy
Dobrzynski put up an eight-point week, scoring three goals and five assists in a 1-1 week for the Saints. She helped lead the Green and Gold in a comeback 16-13 win over Colgate before an 11-7 loss to Vermont Saturday.
