Iona’s Jessica Chilcott capitalized on a couple of Siena miscues by hitting a three-run home run in the top of the second inning. Siena fought back, but Jamie Sheeran’s sixth inning solo blast proved to be the eventual game-winner, eventually giving the Gaels the 7-5 win over Siena. Iona will play tomorrow at 11 am against second-seeded Fairfield on ESPN+.

- Kara Zazzaro would earn the save in the start, going 5.2 innings total. Zazzaro went 4.2 innings, was relieved by winning pitcher Samantha Rieb. Rieb was relieved by Zazzaro in the seventh who ultimately recorded the final three outs.
- Allie Taylor led the Gaels with two hits.
- Sheeran and Chilcott combined for four RBI.

- Siena outhit Iona, 12-5 in the ballgame.
- Mikala Fletcher tallied three hits, three RBI, a double, and scored a run.
- Isabella Pardo also recorded three hits and scored twice.

Marist used a strong start from their ace Calista Phippen who threw a complete game four-hit shutout. Phippen only walked two batters and struck out one. All three Marist runs came via fielding errors by Rider. Marist will take on number one-seeded Canisius at 1:30 pm tomorrow afternoon on ESPN+.

- Miah McDonald led the offensive attack with two hits including a triple.
- Shea Walsh, Sam Freeland and Ronni Howard scored the three Red Foxes’ runs.

- Reliever Anna-Mari Groskritz threw two innings in relief, allowing just one hit.

In the tournament’s first elimination game, Siena used some timely hitting to survive and advance over Rider. Isabella Pardo’s third inning single scored the first run of the game. Ava Fitzmaurice provided a bases-clearing double in the fifth inning that the Saints would use as insurance. Jocelyn Ulrich hit a sixth inning single through the middle to provide the Saints’ seventh and final run. Siena will await their opponent which will be the loser of the Fairfield/Iona game. That game will take place tomorrow at 4 pm on ESPN+.

- Nicole Patille, Adriana Romano and Ava Fitzmaurice would combine to allow just one hit.
- Pardo had three hits, two runs, two stolen bases, and a RBI.
- Fitzmaurice’s bases-clearing double proved to be a turning point in the tight contest for the Saints.

- Rider finishes the season going 28-25-1 with a 11-9 MAAC record.
- Elena Gonzalez recorded the lone multi-hit game for the Broncs.
