Niagara fell in three sets to Binghamton on Tuesday night in non-conference action (16-25, 15-25, 16-25). Liana Tolliver and Kinga Wronska led NU with seven kills apiece. Wronska, who was named MAAC Rookie of the Week, also picked up seven digs. Kylie Blessing totaled 13 assists and a team-high 10 digs while Casey Brown added eight assists.

Manhattan dropped a Tuesday night contest against FDU in three sets. The Knights won by scores of 25-18, 25-14, 25-22. Despite taking the early lead in sets one and two, Manhattan was unable to defend against FDU's offensive attack. The offense was led by Julia Menocal, who posted a team-high 11 kills. Julieanne McKee had 10 assists while Teresa Garza led the team with 7 total digs.
 
The 2022 MAAC Volleyball Championship takes place from November 16 through 19 at ESPN Wide World of Sports in Lake Buena Vista, FL. The 10-team, single-elimination championship will feature four rounds of action with the opening round taking place on Wednesday, November 16, followed by the quarterfinals on Thursday, November 17, the semifinals on Friday, November 18, and concluding with the championship match on Saturday, November 19.
