Offensive Player of the Week
Brage Aasen, Quinnipiac
Sr., Frogner, Norway, Raelingen Videregaende
Aasen registered two goals and two assists over a pair of games this past week for Quinnipiac. He scored twice in Tuesday night's win at Vermont (his first action of the new season), then assisted on a pair of Bobcat goals in a 3-0 victory over Hartford on Saturday.
Tri-Defensive Player of the Week
William Howard, Canisius
Gr., Richmond, VA, Trinity Episcopal
Graduate keeper William Howard made seven stops in Canisius' 1-0 victory over Stonehill Friday afternoon. Howard has made six or more saves in all three matches this season, all while sitting atop the MAAC and ranking in the top 10 nationally in total saves and saves per game.
Tri-Defensive Player of the Week
James Anderson, Fairfield
Jr., Clifton, VA, Robinson Secondary
James Anderson collected his second straight clean sheet with his 1-0 shutout of UAlbany in the team's only game of the week. He made six saves against the Great Danes including four in the first half. The sophomore finished the week by extending his scoreless minutes streak to 182 with the shutout.

Matthew Pisani, Quinnipiac
So., Cheshire, CT, Cheshire
Pisani made six saves on Tuesday at Vermont in a 2-0 shutout win and then made two more stops in a shutout win over Hartford (3-0) at home on Saturday. He played all 180:00 at goalkeeper for the Bobcats, in a perfect 2-0 week, helping improve the Bobcats to 2-1 on the season.
Rookie of the Week
Bobby Marsteller, Mount St. Mary's
Fr., Dauphin, PA, Central Dauphin
Marsteller scored the insurance goal in the 83rd minute to give the Mount a multi-goal lead against Radford en route to a 4-1 win on Tuesday. The goal was the first of Marsteller’s collegiate career.
The 2022 MAAC Men's Soccer Championship will take place from November 6 through 13. The six-team, single-elimination championship will be hosted by the higher seed of each match. The opening round will take place on Sunday, November 6, followed by the semifinals on Thursday, November 10, and concluding with the championship match on Sunday, November 13.
