Tamrat Snyder broke his previous personal best 800m of 1:50.38, which he set at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Track and Field Championship last season, with a showing of 1:49.53 in Staten Island at the Villanova Invitational.

Jayden DuBard claims Field Performer of the Week honors for the third consecutive week after winning the shot put at the Villanova Invitational with a throw of 16.19.
 
Women’s Track Performer of the Week
Claire Gardner, Siena
So., Chestnut Ridge, NY, Albertus Magnus
 
Claire Gardner was part of the Siena 4x400 relay team that set a new school record at the NYC Gotham Cup with a time of 4:16.64. Gardner also ran a time of 2:58.07 in the 1000m, which ranks second in Siena program history and is the best time in the MAAC this season.
 
Women’s Field Performer of the Week
Savanna Marcantonio, Rider
So., Whippany, NJ, Whippany Park
 
Savanna Marcantonio was the lone first-place finisher from the Broncs clearing a high jump of 1.65 at the Villanova Invitational.
 
 
 
The 2023 MAAC Men's and Women's Indoor Track & Field Championships will take place on Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 18-19, at the New Balance Armory Track and Field Center in New York, New York. The two-day meet will be hosted by Manhattan College and will be held at the Armory for the 19th consecutive year.
