Men’s Runner of the Week

Jared Lautenslager paced himself well to record a time of 24:47.68 in the 8k at the Metropolitan Championships. His time was just four seconds behind first place as he recorded a runner-up finish.
 
Women’s Runner of the Week
Andria Scaglione, Manhattan
Gr., Oceanside, NY, Oceanside
 
Andria Scaglione placed second at the infamous Metropolitan Championships. Her time of 17:30 in the 5k tied for the second-fastest time in school history, as she also led the Jaspers to a second-place team finish.

The 2023 MAAC Men’s & Women’s Cross Country Championships will be held at Twin Ponds on the Farm in Montgomery, New York on Saturday, October 28, 2023. The 2023 championships will be the first time the races will be held at Twin Ponds on the Farm and the meets will be hosted by Manhattan College for the 29th time.
