Junior midfielder Ella Gagno recorded four points (2 goals) in two games this week. Gagno scored a goal in the 35th minute against Quinnipiac's, helping them secure a 6-1 win over Marist. She also scored the game winning goal in the Bobcats' 3-2 win over Siena.
 
Defensive Player of the Week

Wright recorded two shutouts in Fairfied's unbeaten week, totaling three saves. Wright had a key save with 30 seconds left in Fairfield's 1-0 win at Manhattan.
 
Rookie of the Week
Evelyn Keay, Quinnipiac
Fy., Bellingham, Wash., Sehome High School

Evelyn Keay recorded three points in two games this week. Keay recorded her second career goal in Quinnipiac's 6-1 win over Marist in the 31st minute of play. In her first career start against Siena, she recorded an assist on the game's opening goal on Saturday.


The 2023 MAAC Women's Soccer Championship will take place from October 29 through November 5. The six-team, single-elimination championship will be hosted by the higher seed of each match. The opening round will take place on Sunday, October 29, followed by the semifinals on Thursday, November 2, and concluding with the championship match on Sunday, November 5.
