EDISON, NJ (Oct. 30, 2023) – A total of 153 student-athletes were selected to the 2023 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Women’s Soccer All-Academic Team, the MAAC announced today.
To be eligible for the MAAC All-Academic Team, a student-athlete must complete two semesters at their institution and hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 on a 4.0 scale.
Quinnipiac University led all MAAC schools with a league-most 19 student-athletes named to the All-Academic Team. Iona University and Marist College followed with 17 selections apiece, with Siena College right behind with 15 total choices. Fairfield University (14), Manhattan College (14), Canisius University (13), Niagara University (13), Rider University (12), Saint Peter’s University (10), and Mount St. Mary’s University (9) rounded out the All-Academic Team.

The 2023 MAAC Women's Soccer Championship will take place from October 29 through November 5. The six-team, single-elimination championship will be hosted by the higher seed of each match. The opening round will take place on Sunday, October 29, followed by the semifinals on Thursday, November 2, and concluding with the championship match on Sunday, November 5.
