Tom Appenheimer paced Canisius with a top-30 finish at the 49^th Paul Short Run on Saturday at the Goodman Campus Cross Country Course in Bethlehem, PA. Racing in the men’s gold division 8k event, Appenheimer turned in a time of 24:34.7 to place 30th.
 
Women’s Runner of the Week
Olivia Moran, Canisius

Olivia Moran led Canisius with a top-30 finish at the 49^th Paul Short Run on Saturday at the Goodman Campus Cross Country Course in Bethlehem, PA. In the women's gold division 6k race, graduate student Moran paced the Griffs with a 28th place finish, with a time of 21:03.0.

The 2023 MAAC Men’s & Women’s Cross Country Championships will be held at Twin Ponds on the Farm in Montgomery, New York on Saturday, October 28, 2023. The 2023 championships will be the first time the races will be held at Twin Ponds on the Farm and the meets will be hosted by Manhattan College for the 29th time.
