Ella Bourque, Canisius, Women's Volleyball

Canisius setter Bourque ended her sophomore season ranked third in the MAAC in assists-per-game (9.89) and fifth in the league in total assists (702). A native of Yorkville, Ill., Bourque also averaged 1.68 digs and 0.23 service aces per set in 71 sets played during the 2023 season. The 2022 MAAC Setter and Rookie of the Year, Bourque was garnered All-MAAC Second Team, MAAC All-Rookie Team and All-ECAC Second Team accolades last season. Her 1,033 assists during her freshman campaign ranks seventh all-time in program history. A member of the MAAC All-Academic Team, Bourque is pursuing her degree in psychology at Canisius.
