Offensive Player of the Week:
Paola Dominguez-Castro, LIU

LIU’s Paola Dominguez-Castro earns Offensive player of the Week honors after leading LIU at the Bison Invite in Lewisburg, PA.  Dominguez-Castro recorded a team leading 13 goals combined against Princeton, Salem and Michigan at the Bison Invite.

 
Defensive Player of the Week:
MK McKendry, St. Francis Brooklyn
Gr., Chicago, IL, Mother McAuley

MK McKendry is this week’s Defensive Player of the Week after leading St. Francis to three wins at the Bucknell Invitational. McKendry recorded 10 saves in a 12-8 win over La Salle to open the season and eight saves against Mount St. Mary’s.

Rookie of the Week:
Anja Pavlin, St. Francis Brooklyn
Fr., Novi Sad, Serbia, Dositej Obradovic Secondary School

Anja Pavlin earns Rookie of the Week recognition after helping St. Francis open the season 3-0 at the Bucknell Invitational.
 
 
The 2023 MAAC Water Polo Championship will be held at McCann Natatorium on the campus of Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY. Marist has hosted the Water Polo Championship since 2003. The opening round begins Friday, April 28, followed by the semifinal round on Saturday, April 29, and the final round will take place on Sunday, April 30.
