St. Francis Brooklyn sophomore Sydney DeVroedt earns Offensive Player of the Week honors after helping lead the Terriers to a 4-0 record this past weekend. DeVroedt led St. Francis Brooklyn with 26 goals over four games this weekend and in seven games this season DeVroedt has recorded 39 total goals.
 
 
Defensive Player of the Week:
MK McKendry, St. Francis Brooklyn

MK McKendry is this week’s Defensive Player of the Week for the second consecutive week. In competition this past weekend McKendry recorded 11 saves and two steals in a 22-8 win over Gannon and 13 saves, three steals and one assist in a 16-14 win over Bucknell.
 
Rookie of the Week:
Sadie Smith, VMI
Fr., Ontario, CA
 
Sadie Smith earns Rookie of the Week recognition after helping VMI go 2-2 at the Macalester Invite this past weekend. Smith recorded eight goals, seven assists and seven steals in four games of action.
 
 

 
The 2023 MAAC Water Polo Championship will be held at McCann Natatorium on the campus of Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY. Marist has hosted the Water Polo Championship since 2003. The opening round begins Friday, April 28, followed by the semifinal round on Saturday, April 29, and the final round will take place on Sunday, April 30.
