Dee Dee Davis, Manhattan

Manhattan’s Davis earns MAAC player of the Week honors for the third time this season after averaging 23.5 points, 11.5 rebounds, 4.5 steals and 3.5 assists in two contests this past week. Davis recorded 22 points, 11 rebounds, six assists and five steals in a 59-53 loss to Iona on 2/23 then followed that up with a 25-point, 10 rebound performance on 2/25 in a 52-45 road win over Mount St. Mary’s. On the season Davis ranks fourth in the MAAC in scoring (15.7) and second in rebounds (7.9).
 
Rookie of the Week
Sisi Eleko, Canisius
Fr., Montreal, Quebec, New Hope Academy
 
Sisi Eleko claims Rookie of the Week honors for the fifth time this season after recording 11 points, 12 rebounds and two steals in action for the Golden Griff’s this past week. On the year, Eleko is averaging 8.2 points and 5.5 rebounds while shooting 41.1% from the field.
